Shipping Policy: We ship within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS depending upon weight of your order. A flat rate of $9.95 is charged for all US orders under $45.00; US orders above $45.00 are shipped free of charge.

Return Policy:
Please email info@clavebodycare.com to inform us about any items you wish to return including your full name, items to be returned and the reason of your return.
We stand behind our products 100% with a 30 day money back guarantee (from order date). If 30 days or more have passed since your order date, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Return shipping cost is your responsibility to pay. Clavé Body Care is not responsible for lost or undelivered items. Please make sure that you ship with trackable method.
